Today, I visited Haji Ali Mosque and the Mahalkshmi Tempe at Sea Side. Both the locations were just simply amazing. Especially the Haji Ali Mosque was very interesting as one has to walk through a rocky path which has the ocean on both the sides. One has to walk close to 200 mts in to the ocean from the beach and reach the Mosque. The sad part is that though the mosque reaches out for all kinds of people,it isnt well maintained. The sun was hot but still people flocked in to the temple and mosque. It could be becaus of the holiday season or may be its always like this....Mumbai is interesting. ....The people on the streets are so different from one another. The spirit of mumbai keeps them ticking. Every step you make you can find a hard working man or a woman and also a lot of tough ways of making a living. It indicates generations of lost of culture and systemised way of living. The life out here shows that a life hand to mouth is so tough....for two square meals one need not come to mumbai....or is it mumbai is the only place which accomodates one n all.....Filth and filthy rich all walks hand in hand......gori chamdi and silky hair is sumthing u find even in street vendor....what kind of a world is this...all in all....evertything is available in this sumthing void of mumbai....a llife so incomplete...
